Delete your Koffies account in the app
You can request account deletion directly in the Koffies mobile app.
- Open Koffies.
- Log in.
- Open Profile/Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- For a password account, confirm with the current account password. For a supported social or passwordless account, use the explicit confirmation shown by the app.
What deletion does
- Account access is disabled.
- Account identifiers may be anonymized.
- Some records may be retained only where needed for security, legal, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

If you cannot access the app or need help with an account deletion request, email contact@appventure.ch. Do not send a password, login token, reset code, QR code, coupon code, or Hive claim code.
